To get a quote, simply fill out the QUOTATION FORM on our website. You will immediately see a detailed quote online, and a copy will be sent to the email address you provided, along with a reference number.
The booking price covers one full load of the van from the origin to the destination. If multiple loads are required, there will be an additional charge for each extra load, equivalent to an hour's charge plus any additional distance and time incurred.
When ordering help for loading and unloading, if you choose one helper, it means the driver will assist. For heavy or large items, or if there are more than two floors without a lift, it may be prudent to order two helpers.
If there is an attempt to help with heavy items by the client, our staff has the right to refuse for health and safety reasons.
Should the move exceed the pre-booked time, we will charge for the extra time in 30-minute increments. The ability to extend our stay depends on our subsequent schedule, so accurate time estimation is important.
One passenger can travel in the van free of charge, but please note that this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed, as we are primarily a property-moving company.
A floor fee applies for moves without elevator access, charged at £10 per hour for each floor per person. You can avoid this fee by moving items to the ground floor yourself.
