The online quote will take into account various elements such as van size, the number of helpers required, distance, estimated driving time, number of floors involved (if there's no elevator), and any applicable toll charges within Central London, including the Congestion Charge Zone and Ultra Low Emission Zone.

It's important to note that the initial quote includes all fees based on the selected order details. The price is subject to change only if the actual order details differ from what was provided during the online quoting process, or if additional driving, loading, or unloading time is needed.

When booking, remember that the price covers one full van load from the starting point to your destination. For moves requiring more than one van load, additional charges will apply. If your move involves heavy or large items, or numerous flights of stairs without a lift, we recommend opting for an additional helper.

Our team has the right to refuse carrying items alongside clients for health and safety reasons. If your move takes longer than the time you ordered, we charge in 30-minute increments, subject to our schedule and availability.

While we do not charge for you to travel in the van, it is subject to seat availability, and we cannot guarantee this as our primary service is transporting goods, not people. Please be prepared to arrange alternative transport for yourself.

Lastly, we charge an additional floor fee if there is no operational elevator at the moving sites. However, you can avoid this cost by moving your items to the ground floor prior to our arrival.
