AVOID LMV REMOVAL COMPANY – Unprofessional, Destructive, and Incompetent Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (Zero stars if possible) In my 36 years of dealing with various businesses, I have never encountered a company as utterly disastrous as LMV Removal Company. Calling them a "professional" service is a blatant lie; they are a complete sham. Our experience with LMV has been nothing short of a nightmare. They didn’t just fail at their job; they actively caused thousands of pounds worth of damage. They managed to deface our brand-new home and, most devastatingly, they completely destroyed a sentimental wardrobe gifted to us by my late father-in-law. This wasn't just furniture; it was an irreplaceable family heirloom, handled with a reckless attitude and an appalling lack of care. The incompetence starts at the top and trickles down to every single unskilled staff member they employ. We have had over 20 different tradesmen working in our home recently, and not one of them caused a fraction of the stress, loss, and physical destruction that LMV did. If you value your belongings, your home, and your sanity, do not hire this company. They are clearly out of their depth when handling high-end furniture and lack the basic expertise required for a standard move. They didn't just move us; they ruined the entire experience of moving into our new home. I will be warning every friend, family member, and colleague to stay far away from this outfit. Avoid them at all costs. UPDATE **I sent a email with no response but yet a response was made on this review? Show the level of Cowboy removal company this is. NOT TO BE TRUSTED

It is past my pick up time and I have not had any correspondence from LMV. When I try to call them it just says the offices are closed… It is past my pick up time and I have not had any correspondence from LMV. When I try to call them it just says the offices are closed…

This transport solution is ideal for various jobs including small flat moves, transporting furniture from one location to another, assisting students during university relocations, and handling single-item deliveries. Whether you're managing office supplies or simply need help moving boxes and bags locally, this option provides great flexibility.
Choosing the right van size is essential based on how many items you need to move as well as their dimensions. Consideration should be given to access such as stairs or lifts at both locations. The distance from the van to building entrances may also affect which van works best for you. Furthermore, think about parking availability and whether extra stops could be necessary along your route.
When planning your move in South Norwood, consider the logistics of parking. Ensure you know where you can legally park the vehicle to avoid fines or delays. It’s advisable to check if there are any restrictions on loading zones or controlled parking areas.
Preparing ahead is key to a smooth experience. Pack smaller items into boxes beforehand and keep clear walkways for easy access. This will help the moving team load everything efficiently without any interruptions.
If you're moving from a flat or building with stairs or lifts, confirm that these access points are available. Communicate any potential challenges ahead of time so that the team can plan accordingly.
Lastly, separate fragile items and label boxes clearly. This not only protects your belongings but also speeds up the unloading process when you arrive at your new location. For more tips on planning your move effectively, check our options for van with driver in South Norwood.
