They didn’t just fail at their job; they actively caused thousands of pounds worth of damage. They managed to deface our brand-new home and, most devastatingly, they completely destroyed a sentimental wardrobe gifted to us by my late father-in-law. This wasn't just furniture; it was an irreplaceable family heirloom, handled with a reckless attitude and an appalling lack of care. The incompetence starts at the top and trickles down to every single unskilled staff member they employ. We have had over 20 different tradesmen working in our home recently, and not one of them caused a fraction of the stress, loss, and physical destruction that LMV did.
