Packaging Terms and Conditions at London Man Van

Welcome to LMV Packaging Supplier ("LMV") Packaging Materials Ordering and Returns policy. Please carefully review essential information regarding orders, deliveries, returns, and more.

ORDERING PACKAGING MATERIALS ONLINE:

To streamline your experience, we have implemented the following procedures for ordering packaging materials:

We exclusively process orders made through our online platforms. This ensures a swift and efficient ordering process. Please note, orders placed via phone, email, or other methods will not be processed.

There's a minimum order requirement of £50 (excluding VAT). Orders falling below this value will incur an additional £10 delivery charge.

After placing your order on our website, you will receive an email confirming your request. This is an essential step to ensure all details are correct and to keep you informed.

Upon verifying your order and delivery details, we will send a second email confirming your order. This process guarantees that your order is processed accurately and promptly.


DELIVERY OF PACKAGING MATERIALS:

Our standard delivery times typically range from 24 to 48 hours for orders placed before 1 pm. Orders over £50 (excluding VAT) qualify for free standard delivery.

Deliveries occur only from Monday to Friday and are not scheduled on weekends or bank holidays.

All deliveries require a signature. If you might not be available at the time of delivery, you can leave instructions, such as leaving the parcel at a neighbour's. However, this may complicate resolving issues with orders not signed on delivery. Missed deliveries will incur an additional £16.99 + VAT for the next shipment with any applicable Congestion Charge and Ultra Low Emission Zone charges.

Additional charges may apply for deliveries within Congestion Charge and Ultra Low Emission Zones.

Next working day delivery is subject to stock availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

Free Next Business Day Delivery is available for orders over £50 (excluding VAT). For orders under £50, the Next Business Day Delivery service costs £16.99 + VAT. Deliveries occur between Monday and Friday from 6 am to 6 pm.

Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the same day for Next Business Day Delivery. Orders received before 1pm on Friday will be dispatched for delivery on Monday. Orders received after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Unpaid orders will not be processed for dispatch. If you order and pay after 1pm, your order will be processed for dispatch the next day.

Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Scilly Isles will not be processed.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We make sure that our products reach our customers in good condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our office within office working hours, so we can arrange an exchange or refund at no extra cost. Goods which are damaged on arrival must be advised to the sales team within 24 hours of receipt.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s), securely packed and undamaged, to us within 14 days of your purchase for a refund of the original purchase price of the goods. The refund will exclude the original shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee incurred by LMV. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. We regret that we cannot offer a refund if the goods are damaged on return, so please obtain proof of posting to protect yourself against loss.

If for some reason you'd like to exchange your order you can exchange it within 14 days from the date you have ordered. Exchange items will be subject to an administration fee of £10. The exchange of items will be processed within 10 working days from the date we receive the returned package. It is the customer's responsibility to cover the return and re-delivery costs. Goods must be unopened and in saleable condition. All Exchanges are subject to our availability of the products.

The Buyer is obliged to ensure that any Goods returned to the Seller are safely and securely packaged to ensure that they are returned undamaged and suitable for resale. The Seller reserves the right to charge the Buyer for any Goods that he is unable to resell due to the poor condition of the returned products.


CANCELLING A PACKAGING MATERIALS ORDER:

To cancel your order please contact our office or use the CONTACT FORM on our website. Please note that orders can only be canceled providing dispatch has not occurred. If you need to return an item that has already been dispatched please read RETURNS POLICY.

INSURANCE:

Inspection Upon Receipt: Before signing the invoice to confirm receipt, please thoroughly inspect the contents of your delivery. We cannot accept returns or complaints after the invoice has been signed.

Damaged Goods: If any items are damaged upon arrival, please inform our sales team within 48 hours of receipt. We will assess the situation and may offer a full refund or replacement items at our discretion.

CONGESTION & TOLL CHARGES:

Additional Charges: When passing through the London Congestion Charge Zone or other applicable zones, tolls, or ferry routes, an extra charge of £15 will apply, unless otherwise stated.

Ultra Low Emission Zone: When entering the London Ultra Low Emission Zone or other applicable zones, tolls, or ferry routes, an extra charge of £12.50 will be applied, unless otherwise stated.

CONGESTION & TOLL CHARGES
There will be an extra charge of £15 when passing through the London Congestion Charge Zone, other congestion charge zones, tolls or ferry charges will be charged accordingly. (Unless otherwise stated)
There will be an extra charge of £12.50 when passing through the London Ultra Low Emission Zone, other congestion charge zones, tolls or ferry charges will be charged accordingly. (Unless otherwise stated)
