The actual removal men were very good, I have no complaints with them. However, the service in general I have significant concerns with. They were 3 hours late because of an issue with the van, fine, these things happen. However the delay, avoidance and lying tactics used by the company to not pay the 20% compensation as listed on their website was ridiculous. First it was that the manager was in hospital and nothing could be agreed until he returned. Then it was that the manager had not read messages. Then they claimed that I had actually booked for the time they had arrived (even though they had the booking confirmation in front of them that clearly showed this was not the case). Eventually only once I went through the bank did they pay the compensation. They ignored every single email and gave a different story when I phoned. This took weeks to sort. Very very disappointed in the way the management and office staff acted, however the actual moving men were very good. On the whole I would not recommend

LMV were our knights in a shiny Luton Van, a huge shout out to Kacper & Han who efficient and respectful when packaging our belongings into the Van.... LMV were our knights in a shiny Luton Van, a huge shout out to Kacper & Han who efficient and respectful when packaging our belongings into the Van. They also had the patients of a saint and empathy as we had delays to completion leaving and and subsequently them in limbo, however they were happy to support us with some over time and a last minute booking for a second day too. thank you!

Movers from London Man Van were unbelievably efficient
Marcin and Ali were unbelievably efficient! They were in and out in no time, loading and unloading my items quickly and yet with extreme care and respect. They also provided me transportation to my new place and I thoroughly enjoyed their well mannered and good humored company. These two are true gents and extremely accomodating. Will definitely ask for them the next time I move.

Movers made my move so smooth and stress free
Jamie and his mate was wonderful. I hate moving and a couple of years ago I got man and a van and it was a nightmare. So this time decided to pay a bit more and honestly it maybe a bit more expensive but made my move so smooth and stress free. Couldn’t have gotten a better team to help with my move. Even my fig tree was happy, none of the peritile and soil spill. That’s how careful he was driving! Will definitely get him the next time I move. Have already recommended him to my neighbour!

Movers from London Man Van were awesome
Marco and his colleague were awesome. Arrived on time. Sorted the complex parking with no issue. Carefully packed all furniture and accessories. Managed to get biggest items into the lift - it was challenging - delivered everything safely to destination and was also super interesting conversationalist. Thoroughly recommend him. The pricing was a different story; Quoted £722 and ended up paying £1268 - plus I had to pay the packing materials too. Not good management of customer expectations Nothing to do with Marco through. Overall good though.
