Quotes are not transparent - ended up getting charged nearly double the original cost for less than one hour extra moving time *Editing in response to LMV’s reply - the quote was based on 2 hours of moving time, not 30 minutes. The entire job took about 2 hours and 40 minutes, and I was charged over £200 more (nearly double) than what I was originally quoted. If you’re going to publicly disclose details of your customer’s move, at least be truthful.

What an absolutely wonderful service for a small move for my son from London to Reigate the two chaps were great. We will be booking them again for when he moves back to London in May.
Brilliant service by London Man Van
Can't speak highly enough of the service. We ordered a bit last minute and LMV were so accommodating. Our house completed early on the day of our move and LMV moved our time forward at my request, which was extremely helpful.
Our driver was Sebastian and he was completely lovely and was incredibly friendly and hardworking. He guided us through the move and organised the van like a magician making our experience a LOT less stressful.

Amazing! Turned up on time and emptied my flat incredibly fast with no issues. I just sat there and watched as they did everything, and they unloaded just as fast. No breakages, no issues at all. Comms were excellent, both with the driver and with the main office, who dealt with my delayed completion very easily. Highly recommended
It was a great price and great service
Honestly the two gentlemen (Wojtek) who helped me Move on March 8th at 11 AM were awesome. I had everything packed up for them and they go everything put in the truck in prompt order and were kind and flexible. They drove me to the new location and worked with me as we got things moved in. It was super smooth and fast. It was honestly the easiest move I have ever had. It was a great price and great service. Definitely would choose this company again.
A highly efficient moving service at a such a reasonable price
This was my second time using LMV for a house move and they had a fantastic service once again. Wotjek and his colleague worked so quickly while always taking care of my luggage and furntirure to ensure it wasn't damaged. A highly efficient moving service at a such a reasonable price. Sebastian and his team were amazing throughout the day for a challenging move with lots of stairs involved- they were professional and friendly throughout and extremely efficient! They helped make moving day a lot less stressful for me.
They were not the cheapest quote available but I chose them for their good reputation and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others - I cannot fault the service.

They were late, but it is not their fault. However, I would allow some extra time when booking next time, as it looks like the company is very busy, taking on a lot of jobs and so the drivers/ movers can run a bit late. But that’s the company, not the people. The people, who helped us move were great and I would definitely recommend/ book them again!

My experience of your company was once again excellent service.
I am a returning customer for that very reason.
On this occasion, I used my helpers because I was bringing things down from the 3rd flr. house. and the stairs were very narrow.
We had everything down before he came.
He was more than on time. He showed the men how to work the lift and let them get on with it.
He was kind and courteous. And the same way when the men unloaded at my storage place.
When it comes to the price I chose reliability and upon availability the company will show up and be professional at the last moment. I can find cheaper but "good thing no cheap, cheap thing no good" An Chinese proverb.
No doubt I will use your service again when I obtain my property to remove all items from my storage unit.

Communication was prompt and clear with both the admin and moving crew throughout the whole process. Pick-up was delayed on the day of, but quickly resolved. Was a smooth experience overall, would definitely use them again.
