Excellent service the van was available to assist the same day and within submitting the online form I received, within an hour, a confirmed booking notification via email and text.
The van was very clean and well equipped. The van driver was a real good guy with pleasant disposition, helpful, polite and a real grafter.
The items transported from one location to the other were handled respectfully and carefully as it they were their own belongings which was very appreciated . The van driver managed the job he had been assigned amid the Covid-19 pandemic following the additional safety measures in place to protect themselves, this appreciative customer and doing so all the while respecting social distancing amongst members of the public accessing/leaving the two buildings visited.
To add to the drivers credit, they arrived at the job assignment well ahead of the time booked and left a voice message to bring their presence to my attention.
A very good, helpful and trustworthy service.

The two guys (Sebastian and Damian) were very professional, polite and helpful and came on time with the relevant equipment for our travels to South Norwood. The journey from and to the drop off location (as I travelled with them) went relatively smooth and was fast. And two movers were nice, laid back guys to converse with. They removed the moving packaging on my fridge freezer before pushing it into place as gently as possible which I consider to be a bonus. My stuff was handled well. Thank you to both!
