Excellent service! Robert and Darek were punctual and worked very hard during 6 hours. They moved all our belongings including heavy furniture very efficiently. They were very nice, friendly, professional, never complained once and took great care of our stuff. Nothing has been been damaged. The website is simple and user friendly. Quotes are not transparent - ended up getting charged nearly double the original cost for less than one hour extra moving time *Editing in response to LMV’s reply - the quote was based on 2 hours of moving time, not 30 minutes. The entire job took about 2 hours and 40 minutes, and I was charged over £200 more (nearly double) than what I was originally quoted. If you’re going to publicly disclose details of your customer’s move, at least be truthful.
