I have used Arek service before but the new website booking process is an improvement due to the clear and fair pricing options allowing me to tailor the cost to me with no surprises. On the day there was a problem with the first van but Arek resolved it quickly and transparently and as well as apologizing offered me a discount on the deal as recognition of the inconvenience caused. The driver was polite, careful and strong enough to manage the furniture with me. No complaints about the 57 stairs up to my flat! Thanks again Arek. Recommended in an industry where service, care and transparency are difficult to find.

The two guys (Sebastian and Damian) were very professional, polite and helpful and came on time with the relevant equipment for our travels to South Norwood. The journey from and to the drop off location (as I travelled with them) went relatively smooth and was fast. And two movers were nice, laid back guys to converse with. They removed the moving packaging on my fridge freezer before pushing it into place as gently as possible which I consider to be a bonus. My stuff was handled well. Thank you to both!
