Truly fantastic service! And excellent value for money. The van arrived perfectly on time and the man was invaluable in assisting with loading and unloading. I felt my belongings were safely secured and efficiently handled. I booked for two and a half hours but the man was so brilliant that the job was finished after just two! The only thing I could possibly fault is that I didn't receive a telephone call 30 minutes before arrival, although given I'd booked the 7am slot this is quite understandable!

We got dodgy subcontractor instead usual team. I booked three men - I got man and from the look of them two teenagers. One of them was very unfit for... We got dodgy subcontractor instead usual team. I booked three men - I got man and from the look of them two teenagers. One of them was very unfit for work so me and my housemate had to help with moving boxes to fit within time we were told it going to take… Moreover, they were keep trying strike dodgy deal with us and pay them directly instead of the company. HORRIBLE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE. They were carrying upside down even when arrow indicated otherwise…. Usual Polish team was always great, but this time I am afraid not. I would recommend calling company to get right quotation as well making sure you got their man instead of subcontractors…
