The two gentleman that arrived with the lorry were very punctual, extremely helpful and very good at their job. They made the move a very pleasant experience for me with their cheery nature. Nothing was too much for them both. I cannot thank them enough and would have no hesitation in using your service again . Everything was moved effortlessly even though items were heavy and on the stop off there were stairs to the flat to encounter. Please thank them for being such stars.

Although the team were delayed by around an hour on the day, Sebastian called me in advance to let me know and kept me updated. As anyone who has moved house knows, it can be a very stressful experience, and I was naturally quite anxious when I heard there was going to be a delay. However, Sebastian was incredibly calm, professional and reassuring on the phone, which I really appreciated. Importantly, the delay was not their fault, and sometimes traffic and unforeseen circumstances are simply beyond anyone’s control. What mattered to me was the way it was handled, and the communication was excellent throughout. When Sebastian and Damian arrived, they were extremely polite, professional and apologetic. They got straight to work and worked incredibly efficiently, making up for the lost time and ensuring everything stayed on track. Nothing was too much trouble, and they handled my belongings with great care and respect throughout the move. The whole move went smoothly from start to finish, and their positive attitude and hard work really helped take the stress out of the day. I was particularly grateful for their professionalism, communication and willingness to go the extra mile.
