Personnel were BRILLIANT. Very happy with their work and cheerful attitude. Just one bit of feedback: the way the booking confirmation displays, it's not clear that it's also an invitation to payment. As it happened, we were able to pay in cash on the day, but we'd rather have paid by card in advance. It's just not very obvious that that was an option from the booking confirmation. It might be worth displaying the PAY option higher up the form.

Quotes are not transparent - ended up getting charged nearly double the original cost for less than one hour extra moving time *Editing in response to LMV’s reply - the quote was based on 2 hours of moving time, not 30 minutes. The entire job took about 2 hours and 40 minutes, and I was charged over £200 more (nearly double) than what I was originally quoted. If you’re going to publicly disclose details of your customer’s move, at least be truthful.
