Personnel were BRILLIANT. Very happy with their work and cheerful attitude. Just one bit of feedback: the way the booking confirmation displays, it's not clear that it's also an invitation to payment. As it happened, we were able to pay in cash on the day, but we'd rather have paid by card in advance. It's just not very obvious that that was an option from the booking confirmation. It might be worth displaying the PAY option higher up the form.

Very good service, great expirience. we had a very difficult move with a lot of furniture and boxes going down a narrow staircase, and the guys did... Casper, Sebastian and their teams moved, dassasembled and put back together all the stuff without problems or damage, very professional. Paulina was very helpful and nice as well arranging the whole thing over the phone with me. Definetely recommend, and come back to them again for my next move.
