Personnel were BRILLIANT. Very happy with their work and cheerful attitude. Just one bit of feedback: the way the booking confirmation displays, it's not clear that it's also an invitation to payment. As it happened, we were able to pay in cash on the day, but we'd rather have paid by card in advance. It's just not very obvious that that was an option from the booking confirmation. It might be worth displaying the PAY option higher up the form.

They charged nothing additional and they were clearly there just to do a good job, and they did. I’d book them again without a worry.
