Personnel were BRILLIANT. Very happy with their work and cheerful attitude. Just one bit of feedback: the way the booking confirmation displays, it's not clear that it's also an invitation to payment. As it happened, we were able to pay in cash on the day, but we'd rather have paid by card in advance. It's just not very obvious that that was an option from the booking confirmation. It might be worth displaying the PAY option higher up the form.

Very nice, helpful, they were able to add packing at the last minute with no issues. I’d definitely include the packing service again — it made everything seamless. Highly recommend.
