Only thing that wasn't to my expectations was I was expecting a ride down to Brighton - I think I checked off that option on the website but three people came in the end so I couldn't fit. That being said, they were excellent and respectful and very fast. My girlfriend let them in to the storage unit in Brighton and spoke very highly how careful they were with my furniture and valuables and their kindness
