Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with London Man Van. During the move, their team damaged one of my cabinets by dropping it. They then spent time attempting to repair it on site. I was later told this was a “goodwill gesture” and that they could not offer compensation. There was also an issue with my dining table. It became stuck in the lift because the team initially tried to move it vertically, despite it clearly needing to be transported horizontally. They attempted to dismantle it but were unable to do so. After spending significant time, they eventually moved it horizontally as originally required. During this process, my dining table was unnecessarily damaged. I reported the damage the following week. However, as the issue was not formally recorded before the team left, they declined compensation based on their policy. Very disappointing outcome.
