When a customer needed to move from their flat in London E9 to a new home in NW5, they chose London Man Van for our reputation for care and efficiency. Ambrose, our experienced driver, arrived on time with a small van, ready to help. As a solo mover on this job, Ambrose handled everything from start to finish with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
The 6.1-mile route through London can be tricky at times, but the move was completed smoothly thanks to Ambrose’s local knowledge and attention to detail. Delicate items were treated with care, and the entire process was wrapped up quicker than the customer expected.

I was charged £90 for an extra hour for the service (despite being quoted £40 per half hour). The timer for the service began 30 minutes before the... I was charged £90 for an extra hour for the service (despite being quoted £40 per half hour). The timer for the service began 30 minutes before the men arrived at the pick up location. I purposely hired 2 men to speed the process up - one was on their phone for much of the pick up and then contributed little to nothing to the drop off. I have been charged 3.5 hours for what is a pick up and drop of with an approx 1hr 20 drive in between. That means it has taken 2 men with a trolley, 2hrs 10 minutes to just do the pick up and drop off for 1 bedrooms worth of items all pre-packed. They purposely take their time to get more money
