I had a really pleasant experience with this moving company. The whole process felt safe and comfortable — which meant a lot to me, as I’ve had some difficult experiences before. Chika (the driver) and Peter (the mover) were both polite, considerate, and efficient. I did book a 30-minute packing service, but later realised it might not be the most effective use of their time, so I chose to complete most of the packing myself. They still handled everything with great care and made the move much smoother than I expected. The only small confusion I had was that the website mentioned the driver would not take part in moving items, so I initially thought there would be three people instead of two. But overall, Chika and Peter worked quickly, stayed professional, and made the day far less stressful. I truly appreciate their effort and attitude — highly recommended for anyone who values a safe and reliable service.

Amazing service! The two guys were friendly, fast and very professional. They had to carry everything up to a 3rd floor with narrow stairs and still... Amazing service! The two guys were friendly, fast and very professional. They had to carry everything up to a 3rd floor with narrow stairs and still managed to do an amazing job in less than two hours. They disassembled the bed, loaded all the furniture and didn’t let me lift anything. I was stressed before they arrived but they made the whole move easy and relaxed. Highly recommended!
