AVOID LMV REMOVAL COMPANY – Unprofessional, Destructive, and Incompetent Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (Zero stars if possible) In my 36 years of dealing with various businesses, I have never encountered a company as utterly disastrous as LMV Removal Company. Calling them a "professional" service is a blatant lie; they are a complete sham. Our experience with LMV has been nothing short of a nightmare. They didn’t just fail at their job; they actively caused thousands of pounds worth of damage. They managed to deface our brand-new home and, most devastatingly, they completely destroyed a sentimental wardrobe gifted to us by my late father-in-law. This wasn't just furniture; it was an irreplaceable family heirloom, handled with a reckless attitude and an appalling lack of care. The incompetence starts at the top and trickles down to every single unskilled staff member they employ. We have had over 20 different tradesmen working in our home recently, and not one of them caused a fraction of the stress, loss, and physical destruction that LMV did. If you value your belongings, your home, and your sanity, do not hire this company. They are clearly out of their depth when handling high-end furniture and lack the basic expertise required for a standard move. They didn't just move us; they ruined the entire experience of moving into our new home. I will be warning every friend, family member, and colleague to stay far away from this outfit. Avoid them at all costs. UPDATE **I sent a email with no response but yet a response was made on this review? Show the level of Cowboy removal company this is. NOT TO BE TRUSTED

Excellent driver. On-time and very efficient. Everything is secure in the van and he did so much more than expected going up 3 flights of stairs. Can’t complain
Movers were so tidy and really took care of all my belongings
Had a big move scheduled today. The guys were courteous and kept me updated when they were running late. Couldn’t fault them and their brilliant work. They were so tidy and really took care of all my belongings. They were (I think) Max and Alex and they were great.

Booking Lonson Man Van online was super easy and quick
Booking online was super easy and quick, even though I booked only 2 days in advance. Driver showed up on time, friendly and polite. Most importantly, I was able to sit in a van with the driver while moving my stuff, this option was not allowed with other van companies that I checked. The only downside is that the price charged was quite high (was only 1 hour job) also the van was too big.
Overall, I was happy with the service, thanks.

Very efficient, very professional, would definitely recommend them
Movers worked hard and they were polite and professional
I used this company twice already and both times I was very happy with the service I received. I booked the medium van and 1 man to move some stuff from the self storage place for the same day. They came in a Luton van with 2 men, but charged for a smaller van and only for 1 man price, which is great! They both worked hard and they were polite and professional. I forgot to ask the names, but they mentioned they are from Moldova. Very happy customer once again. I would highly recommend this company.
London Man van movers were very professional, friendly, hard working
I booked a Luton van and 2 men for the house move. After reading some of the negative reviews, I was a bit worried if I booked the right removal team. As if moving a house is not stressful enough! But I was pleasantly surprised, they arrived on time. Majid and Soloman called me 30 min before just to confirm they are on the way. Very professional, friendly, hard working.
I would definitely recommend! I paid for 1 hr extra as we had to wait for a house keys, but we agreed with guys at the beginning that I don't mind, I will pay for any additional time if needed. Offloading the van they asked me which item I want upstairs or downstairs or in which particular room. Amazing team. Thank you.
Customer was very pleased with the move
It was my first time using these services. I was very pleased with the move. They were efficient and organised. I would recommend it to anyone.
Movers were super helpful and professional throughout
Can't thank the guys enough. Even though we underestimated the time slot and volume of boxes they were super helpful and professional throughout and managed a tough job in very warm weather. Thank you so much.
