Great service, on time, everything clearly explained, very polite and courteous. Particularly impressed with the care in wrapping and loading fragile valuable items (eg large TV). When I had forgotten one large item until near the end it was no problem and the guys Robert, Darell and M(?) had a great ‘can do’ attitude. Really like the way that you can tailor the job to the van the time and the men. Very impressive.

Robert and Darek were fantastic. I’ve read through some of their other reviews - we had the same excellent experience as well. I totally agree with the other positive comments written for them. They were efficient, friendly and polite, worked quickly and were very hard workers. They were also very organised and careful with our furniture and items, despite having to move some pretty heavy stuff from the first floor.

We were really impressed with the whole experience and level of service - as others has commented, moving house can be stressful and I wasn’t looking forward to packing and unpacking. But Robert and Darek made the process easier and less stressful as they were so quick and organised. They were also cheerful and friendly while lugging the heavy items around on a very hot day!

I recommend them highly - they did an excellent job. Thank you!

Thanks so much to Robert and Darek who worked so hard and were so fast at loading everything into their van. They had a tough job ahead of them, getting some really heavy furniture down my narrow first floor staircase on one of the hottest days of the year so far, but they did so with care and efficiency. Everything was packed perfectly in the van, covered with material and not a chance of any damage! Dominick and Jack 11/10!
