The actual removal men were very good, I have no complaints with them. However, the service in general I have significant concerns with. They were 3... The actual removal men were very good, I have no complaints with them. However, the service in general I have significant concerns with. They were 3 hours late because of an issue with the van, fine, these things happen. However the delay, avoidance and lying tactics used by the company to not pay the 20% compensation as listed on their website was ridiculous. First it was that the manager was in hospital and nothing could be agreed until he returned. Then it was that the manager had not read messages. Then they claimed that I had actually booked for the time they had arrived (even though they had the booking confirmation in front of them that clearly showed this was not the case). Eventually only once I went through the bank did they pay the compensation. They ignored every single email and gave a different story when I phoned. This took weeks to sort. Very very disappointed in the way the management and office staff acted, however the actual moving men were very good. On the whole I would not recommend

LMV were our knights in a shiny Luton Van, a huge shout out to Kacper & Han who efficient and respectful when packaging our belongings into the Van.... LMV were our knights in a shiny Luton Van, a huge shout out to Kacper & Han who efficient and respectful when packaging our belongings into the Van. They also had the patients of a saint and empathy as we had delays to completion leaving and and subsequently them in limbo, however they were happy to support us with some over time and a last minute booking for a second day too. thank you!

We helped with moving the items as we had alot to move and this ensured that the time of the move was kept to a minimum. the move went extremly smoothly and compared to other quotes I got, I think it was truly excellent value for money. If I move again I would use this service without a doubt.

The whole process was a joy if ever moving can be called that. From my first on line booking to my changes to actually being told I was over charged and having the money refunded within hours of the completion of the move, it was all well above what I was expecting. Most notable was the professionalism of the driver Peter and his assistant. Peter called the day before, then on the day and was at all times a real professional.Was also very impressed with the professional look of the van and the driver/helper. Wasn't just a white van and two blokes who do this on the weekend for cash.

The guys provided an excellent service. They were very friendly and professional. They arrived on time and sent me a text half an hour before to confirm. They worked quickly and efficiently and let me borrow tools I didn't have for dismantling things. They made sure everything was secure and safe to transport and the whole job was done within 2 hours. I would definitely use this service again.

Could not have been happier with the service. I was quite nervous about moving, and have never hired a van before, but would definitely use this company again. The guys worked extremely hard carrying heavy boxes like they were weightless. I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency, they definitely made moving a lot less stressful! The price was also probably the cheapest online so again was a great find.
