They arrived on time, and took a smart and efficient approach to loading and unloading the van, treating my belongings with great care, especially the fragile items. Everything arrived exactly as it was before the move! I also want to personally thank them for being so approachable and friendly, which helped turn what’s usually a stressful experience into a smooth and reassuring one :)

My move the other day was quite difficult for the guys because there was no parking space outside either of the two flats. Overall service was satisfactory. However, I moved on a Saturday and paid £10 congestion charge meaning that this money was not necessary to pay. Also I had to pay extra £20 because my time was up when the drivers were approximately 30 minutes late and I believe this was unfairly deducted on my part.
