Very nice and efficient driver! Would definitely use the sevice again. A bit pricey considering it was 10min drive but considering the circumstances (most companies not working at all...) that's ok!

There was a minor issue with the van at the start, but customer service resolved it quickly and ensured the driver arrived on time. I also appreciated that Paulina followed up the next day to check that everything had gone well.
