The service was faultless. Our driver was excellent - friendly, helpful and professional. He arrived ahead of schedule but told us to take our time to finish packing. I was surprised to get such a great service as I booked at the last minute. Thank you so much for making moving house so stress free.

There was a minor issue with the van at the start, but customer service resolved it quickly and ensured the driver arrived on time. I also appreciated that Paulina followed up the next day to check that everything had gone well.
