The guys were absolutely brilliant and so helpful i couldn't have done this without them - we ended up getting the sofa through the window in the end because nothing was working so really really amazing service where you can see people genuinely want to help and are true professionals and problem solvers! Great communication at booking stage and prior to move day. Great team sent to move house led by experienced Sebastien. Not fazed by the task at hand, promptly loaded all packed items and efficiently dismantled bigger items to ease removal from original locations and load their van. Same efficiency at the delivery location in spite of it being late in the day. Responsive back office seeking feedback to fix any possible after move issues by checking in with client the following day. Certainly would use this service again.
