My driver Darius arrived 10 minutes early and called me to let him know he was there and asked me to let him know when I was ready. He was very friendly and courteous.
He did all the loading and I helped unload with light items as the delivery address was on the first floor.
Although I was sure I had paid online, in fact I hadn't. The man who I spoke to in the office was helpful and polite, although it was my fault that the payment had not been made. Sorry about that!
This is the second time that I have used London Man Van and would definitely recommend and use again.

There was a minor issue with the van at the start, but customer service resolved it quickly and ensured the driver arrived on time. I also appreciated that Paulina followed up the next day to check that everything had gone well.
