My driver Darius arrived 10 minutes early and called me to let him know he was there and asked me to let him know when I was ready. He was very friendly and courteous.
He did all the loading and I helped unload with light items as the delivery address was on the first floor.
Although I was sure I had paid online, in fact I hadn't. The man who I spoke to in the office was helpful and polite, although it was my fault that the payment had not been made. Sorry about that!
This is the second time that I have used London Man Van and would definitely recommend and use again.

Slow and complaining about how much work there is throughout the packing (why would I pay for packing service if it was really easy?). In the end they got tired and did not even use bubble wrap or appropriate packing material and just put everything in a box with no protection. Moving service was alright but the packing really let me down.

The crew was extremely polite and friendly; they accommodated all our requests and handled fragile items with extra care. Nothing was damaged during the move, and they distributed everything to the respective rooms. We were very pleased—top-notch service, and we highly recommend them!
