We had a very satisfactory service. The driver was running about half and hour late for the collection but telephoned to inform me of this and check that this was acceptable. He was polite and courteous and delivered the item quickly and efficiently. All in all a very good experience and I would not hesitate to use london-man-van again.

Great communication at booking stage and prior to move day. Great team sent to move house led by experienced Sebastien. Not fazed by the task at hand, promptly loaded all packed items and efficiently dismantled bigger items to ease removal from original locations and load their van. Same efficiency at the delivery location in spite of it being late in the day. Responsive back office seeking feedback to fix any possible after move issues by checking in with client the following day. Certainly would use this service again.
