Dominick and Jack were amazing! so helpful, so professional and did a better job than we could of expected! made moving house a dream.. i would high recommend them especially due to fact they were so good at there jobs as well as being genuinely nice blokes!
Everything was packed perfectly in the van, covered with material and not a chance of any damage! Dominick and Jack 11/10!
For the quality of service, they could charge a lot more but credit to them!

My second moving experience with LMV and they’ve been excellent both times. Today we had Kacper and Han who were super helpful, friendly, and did amazing van tetris so that our stuff fit. They even took the legs off a table for us where we didn’t have the right tool. Thank you both!

The actual removal men were very good, I have no complaints with them. However, the service in general I have significant concerns with. They were 3 hours late because of an issue with the van, fine, these things happen. However the delay, avoidance and lying tactics used by the company to not pay the 20% compensation as listed on their website was ridiculous. First it was that the manager was in hospital and nothing could be agreed until he returned. Then it was that the manager had not read messages. Then they claimed that I had actually booked for the time they had arrived (even though they had the booking confirmation in front of them that clearly showed this was not the case). Eventually only once I went through the bank did they pay the compensation. They ignored every single email and gave a different story when I phoned. This took weeks to sort. Very very disappointed in the way the management and office staff acted, however the actual moving men were very good. On the whole I would not recommend

This was my second time moving with this company and it has been an amazing service both times, the movers/drivers are always very friendly and take care with items. They also offer extremely good prices compared to places like AnyVan, would highly recommend
