The men were great and handled our items with care. In hindsight it took less time to pack and unload than I signed up for on the website, so I actually paid more than necessary by probably 1 hour and so should have just put 30 minutes and paid extra if it came to it.

They arrived on time, and took a smart and efficient approach to loading and unloading the van, treating my belongings with great care, especially the fragile items. Everything arrived exactly as it was before the move! I also want to personally thank them for being so approachable and friendly, which helped turn what’s usually a stressful experience into a smooth and reassuring one :)
