We were let down by three, yes three removals services. London Man Van stepped in last minute to save the day and were absolute troopers. They provided value for money but more importantly their staff were professional and friendly, going that extra mile to ensure our furniture wasn't scratched or damage both on the journey and during the offloading process. Everything went incredibly smoothly, and Alex was exceptionally helpful throughout both the loading and unloading process. Thanks to our traditional Dutch staircase, we had to use a lift to move larger items out through the window. Even the lift operator commented on how skilled Alex was, it was clear he knew what he was doing. Alex was also very respectful, removing his shoes when entering our home, which we really appreciated. We would 100% recommend LMV and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again in the future.
