We were let down by three, yes three removals services. London Man Van stepped in last minute to save the day and were absolute troopers. They provided value for money but more importantly their staff were professional and friendly, going that extra mile to ensure our furniture wasn't scratched or damage both on the journey and during the offloading process. The two guys (Sebastian and Damian) were very professional, polite and helpful and came on time with the relevant equipment for our travels to South Norwood. The journey from and to the drop off location (as I travelled with them) went relatively smooth and was fast. And two movers were nice, laid back guys to converse with. They removed the moving packaging on my fridge freezer before pushing it into place as gently as possible which I consider to be a bonus. My stuff was handled well. Thank you to both!
