London Man Van gave me an easy move and excellent service. Robert and Darek worked very hard and did the whole move for me on an icy cold day with cheery dispositions. I really appreciate the service I received from the company. It was easy to book online and I got reminders of the move by texts and contact from them as to exact arrival times on the day. I was able to book my exact preferred day and time of the move online as well. Thanks

LMV gave me a quote based on the complete furniture list that was provided. On move day they realised they had underestimated the van size and sent a larger one to help with the move. Unfortunately this also meant they added an additional £600 to the original quote. If I had known this was the the case I would've chosen another company that was cheaper. I asked LMV to honour their original quote given the mistake was on their part but they still asked for the full amount. I was also constantly harassed by one of their drivers who kept saying LMV would not pay him. The actual service by the drivers on the day was excellent and I can't fault them but the company does not understand good customer service nor how to treat their employees, won't be using them again.
