Great service by the two guys who helped us move today. They were running late and informed us well in advance and did a stellar job moving our things into our new flat on the third floor with no lift! Friendly, polite and fast service. Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with London Man Van. During the move, their team damaged one of my cabinets by dropping it. They then spent time attempting to repair it on site. I was later told this was a “goodwill gesture” and that they could not offer compensation. There was also an issue with my dining table. It became stuck in the lift because the team initially tried to move it vertically, despite it clearly needing to be transported horizontally. They attempted to dismantle it but were unable to do so. After spending significant time, they eventually moved it horizontally as originally required. During this process, my dining table was unnecessarily damaged. I reported the damage the following week. However, as the issue was not formally recorded before the team left, they declined compensation based on their policy. Very disappointing outcome.
