I am a returning customer for that very reason.
On this occasion, I used my helpers because I was bringing things down from the 3rd flr. house. and the stairs were very narrow.
We had everything down before he came.
He was more than on time. He showed the men how to work the lift and let them get on with it.
He was kind and courteous. And the same way when the men unloaded at my storage place.
When it comes to the price I chose reliability and upon availability the company will show up and be professional at the last moment. I can find cheaper but "good thing no cheap, cheap thing no good" An Chinese proverb.
No doubt I will use your service again when I obtain my property to remove all items from my storage unit.

I had a really pleasant experience with this moving company. The whole process felt safe and comfortable — which meant a lot to me, as I’ve had... I had a really pleasant experience with this moving company. The whole process felt safe and comfortable — which meant a lot to me, as I’ve had some difficult experiences before. Chika (the driver) and Peter (the mover) were both polite, considerate, and efficient. I did book a 30-minute packing service, but later realised it might not be the most effective use of their time, so I chose to complete most of the packing myself. They still handled everything with great care and made the move much smoother than I expected. The only small confusion I had was that the website mentioned the driver would not take part in moving items, so I initially thought there would be three people instead of two. But overall, Chika and Peter worked quickly, stayed professional, and made the day far less stressful. I truly appreciate their effort and attitude — highly recommended for anyone who values a safe and reliable service.
