No complaints at all. They were late due to traffic issues outside their control (during rails strike), but contacted me and kept me posted. Marcin and his colleague were very helpful, got everything loaded and unloaded promptly and with care. Would definitely use them again.

My original removal company let me down on the morning of the move, which was incredibly stressful, but LMV stepped in at very short notice and completely saved the day. The team arrived promptly, were professional, friendly and handled everything with great care. They worked efficiently and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel calm and organised. Nothing was too much trouble and they got everything moved safely into my new home. A special thank you to Paulina for arranging everything so quickly and keeping communication clear throughout. I’m really grateful they were able to help at such short notice.
