We are satisfied with the driver and his helper's attitude. They listened to our instructions carefully and keep the packages in room of our choice. They were swift and professional. But we had one dissatisfaction with their service as we mentioned in our booking assemble or disassemble might be required however, they came without any tools and at the last moment, we have to again open and search our packing boxes to find a tools for disassemble which was not a good experience.

There was a minor issue with the van at the start, but customer service resolved it quickly and ensured the driver arrived on time. I also appreciated that Paulina followed up the next day to check that everything had gone well.
