Arthur was great help in loading/unloading the van with all our new furniture from IKEA. We booked a large van as we knew it was going to be a lot of items, and it was more than enough. Arthur is very professional, he made contact with us in advance to agree on a meeting point and even secured us the best parking spot right outside the collection area, perfect!
