The driver - Mario or Marco, I think - was brilliant. Really helpful and polite, and made the move really easy and hassle free. It’s the second time we’ve had him and he was just as great the first time.

There was a minor issue with the van at the start, but customer service resolved it quickly and ensured the driver arrived on time. I also appreciated that Paulina followed up the next day to check that everything had gone well.
