I wasn't sure when I booked with these guys. There were a few probs initially (if you need to contact them, don't ring or email as you'll get no response, use the online contact form). Once resolved, the delivery was great on the day. Lots of automated texts to let me know they were on their way, they arrived in good time (6 hours to load up and get from NW London to Manchester) and they worked hard to get heavy items upstairs. Delivery drivers didn't speak much English but they did a good job.

There was a minor issue with the van at the start, but customer service resolved it quickly and ensured the driver arrived on time. I also appreciated that Paulina followed up the next day to check that everything had gone well.
