I wasn't sure when I booked with these guys. There were a few probs initially (if you need to contact them, don't ring or email as you'll get no response, use the online contact form). Once resolved, the delivery was great on the day. Lots of automated texts to let me know they were on their way, they arrived in good time (6 hours to load up and get from NW London to Manchester) and they worked hard to get heavy items upstairs. Delivery drivers didn't speak much English but they did a good job.

We were moving from a one-bedroom apartment to a house. We hired a moving service, and a team of three arrived (Kacper and Co). They loaded our belongings very carefully yet quickly. The crew was extremely polite and friendly; they accommodated all our requests and handled fragile items with extra care. Nothing was damaged during the move, and they distributed everything to the respective rooms. We were very pleased—top-notch service, and we highly recommend them!
