I wasn't sure when I booked with these guys. There were a few probs initially (if you need to contact them, don't ring or email as you'll get no response, use the online contact form). Once resolved, the delivery was great on the day. Lots of automated texts to let me know they were on their way, they arrived in good time (6 hours to load up and get from NW London to Manchester) and they worked hard to get heavy items upstairs. Delivery drivers didn't speak much English but they did a good job.

From the moment they arrived, I knew I was in safe hands. These two are a proper team. They handled everything with real care and made the whole process feel effortless. Loading and unloading was quick, organised, and they treated my belongings like their own. They didnt have a problem with anything, neither the tight spaces, and the usual London moving headaches without a single issue. What really stood out was their attitude. Ali and Casper were polite, professional, and genuinely good company throughout the entire move. They worked fast without ever rushing or being careless, kept me updated the whole way, and there were no surprises with the price, exactly what was quoted. If you’re looking for a man and van service in London, do yourself a favour and ask for Ali and Casper.
