Turned up on time, loaded the van promptly, got on with the job without any fuss. The unload took less time than I had paid for. But overall a very good service which I would use again.

There was a minor issue with the van at the start, but customer service resolved it quickly and ensured the driver arrived on time. I also appreciated that Paulina followed up the next day to check that everything had gone well.
