Our completion time overran so we had to use the guys for another 1.5 hours. Both the men were helpful, hard-working and made our moving day much easier to cope with. The team was friendly, professional, and we managed to complete the move within the scheduled time. There was a minor issue with the van at the start, but customer service resolved it quickly and ensured the driver arrived on time. I also appreciated that Paulina followed up the next day to check that everything had gone well.
