I had my doubts to begin with. Although the web site was excellent and easy to use, the fact that it was impossible to contact the company directly by 'phone' started to ring alarm bells.
I should not have worried however. The service was as good as the web site!!!
Half an hour before they were due to arrive - right on schedule - I had the promised phone call confirming they were on their way.
When they arrived CJ and Kevin could not have been more helpful. Nothing was a problem for them; every issue had an answer.
Their helpful attitude continued at the storage depot. The space I booked was tight but with great skill they managed to get everything fitted in. And all within the time I had booked for the move!!!!!
Great people to work with. I highly recommend.

My original removal company let me down on the morning of the move, which was incredibly stressful, but LMV stepped in at very short notice and completely saved the day. The team arrived promptly, were professional, friendly and handled everything with great care. They worked efficiently and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel calm and organised. Nothing was too much trouble and they got everything moved safely into my new home. A special thank you to Paulina for arranging everything so quickly and keeping communication clear throughout. I’m really grateful they were able to help at such short notice. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend LMV to anyone looking for a reliable and hardworking removal company.
