I had my doubts to begin with. Although the web site was excellent and easy to use, the fact that it was impossible to contact the company directly by 'phone' started to ring alarm bells.
I should not have worried however. The service was as good as the web site!!!
Half an hour before they were due to arrive - right on schedule - I had the promised phone call confirming they were on their way.
When they arrived CJ and Kevin could not have been more helpful. Nothing was a problem for them; every issue had an answer.
Their helpful attitude continued at the storage depot. The space I booked was tight but with great skill they managed to get everything fitted in. And all within the time I had booked for the move!!!!!
Great people to work with. I highly recommend.

Special shout out to Paulina who I spoke to first when I rang, and who was very professional and courteous when booking my trip, following up emails with whatsapp confirmations. The moving experience itself was seamless - driver Vasi was respectful, professional and very quick, and we had a good chat on the way from one side of London to the other in the van. I highly recommend LMV to anyone considering a move, as the customer service and moving experience are exemplary, and the cost is incredibly reasonable. Thanks again!
