I had my doubts to begin with. Although the web site was excellent and easy to use, the fact that it was impossible to contact the company directly by 'phone' started to ring alarm bells.
I should not have worried however. The service was as good as the web site!!!
Half an hour before they were due to arrive - right on schedule - I had the promised phone call confirming they were on their way.
When they arrived CJ and Kevin could not have been more helpful. Nothing was a problem for them; every issue had an answer.
Their helpful attitude continued at the storage depot. The space I booked was tight but with great skill they managed to get everything fitted in. And all within the time I had booked for the move!!!!!
Great people to work with. I highly recommend.

I had a really pleasant experience with this moving company. The whole process felt safe and comfortable — which meant a lot to me, as I’ve had... I had a really pleasant experience with this moving company. The whole process felt safe and comfortable — which meant a lot to me, as I’ve had some difficult experiences before. Chika (the driver) and Peter (the mover) were both polite, considerate, and efficient. I did book a 30-minute packing service, but later realised it might not be the most effective use of their time, so I chose to complete most of the packing myself. They still handled everything with great care and made the move much smoother than I expected. The only small confusion I had was that the website mentioned the driver would not take part in moving items, so I initially thought there would be three people instead of two. But overall, Chika and Peter worked quickly, stayed professional, and made the day far less stressful. I truly appreciate their effort and attitude — highly recommended for anyone who values a safe and reliable service.
