I'm very happy with the service. I booked on a Sat pm for a next day sunday morning collection and delivery of an ebay purchase of wardrobe and chest. Choosing required van size was easy as all van dimensions are on site and there are a good choice of differenct sized vans to choose from. There were no extra charges for weekend pickup. I was not present at either end of the deal so was relying on it all working out. Guys arrived on time; established that wardrobe wouldn't go round bend on stairs, so dismantled it and then set off straight for delivery address. At the other end my tenant asked if they could re assemble wardrobe which they did for a very reasonable half hour extra charge. Everything seems to be fine although I wasn't there to check. But overall the price quoted was the cheapest for the job I needed and I got a dedicated job (no other pickups/collections along the way) and was kept informed all the way by text message of arrival at pickup and destination. It was easy to pay the extra charge by paypal/credit card link sent to me. I would use this firm again and would recommend. Thanks

I booked three men - I got man and from the look of them two teenagers. One of them was very unfit for work so me and my housemate had to help with moving boxes to fit within time we were told it going to take… Moreover, they were keep trying strike dodgy deal with us and pay them directly instead of the company. HORRIBLE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE. They were carrying upside down even when arrow indicated otherwise…. Usual Polish team was always great, but this time I am afraid not. I would recommend calling company to get right quotation as well making sure you got their man instead of subcontractors…

Slow and complaining about how much work there is throughout the packing (why would I pay for packing service if it was really easy?). In the end they got tired and did not even use bubble wrap or appropriate packing material and just put everything in a box with no protection. Moving service was alright but the packing really let me down.
