I'm very happy with the service. I booked on a Sat pm for a next day sunday morning collection and delivery of an ebay purchase of wardrobe and chest. Choosing required van size was easy as all van dimensions are on site and there are a good choice of differenct sized vans to choose from. There were no extra charges for weekend pickup. I was not present at either end of the deal so was relying on it all working out. Guys arrived on time; established that wardrobe wouldn't go round bend on stairs, so dismantled it and then set off straight for delivery address. At the other end my tenant asked if they could re assemble wardrobe which they did for a very reasonable half hour extra charge. Everything seems to be fine although I wasn't there to check. But overall the price quoted was the cheapest for the job I needed and I got a dedicated job (no other pickups/collections along the way) and was kept informed all the way by text message of arrival at pickup and destination. It was easy to pay the extra charge by paypal/credit card link sent to me. I would use this firm again and would recommend. Thanks

I was scammed and led into purchasing services that the driver Sebastian refused to provide laughing in my face when I said I had booked unpacking services and letting me know that the company’s goal is for people to book longer slots so the work can be completed in less time and the company can take that revenue in a very dishonest way. I have back issues and I have injured myself moving the weight and things that the movers left in a complete mess - had I know the unpacking service was a scam I would have never booked this service as I had other quotes. The driver lied to me in my face and told me I was going to he refunded so he could leave as quickly as possible despite having paid for 5h of service that they finished in 3 and even from the outset he only got 1h of parking so the intention was to not complete the service. I have called many times to the office and they don’t seem to have any intention to refund me and they did not even apologise for the issues and extreme distress they caused me, the rudeness of the driver and how I was overall scammed by them. WORSE EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE. Because of you I am having loads of stress and anxiety from this moving and I will need to spend way more than what you don’t want to refund me on physio fees to fix my back and neck that are extremely injured now. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
