This was the first time I’ve ever used a moving company and I was quite nervous. I received a phone call from Darius more than half an hour before they arrived to let me know they are on the way. Everything went very quick and easy. Darius was really polite and helpful. Both of the boys knew what they are doing and this reassured me I did the best decision by booking them. Great communication at booking stage and prior to move day. Great team sent to move house led by experienced Sebastien. Not fazed by the task at hand, promptly loaded all packed items and efficiently dismantled bigger items to ease removal from original locations and load their van. Same efficiency at the delivery location in spite of it being late in the day. Responsive back office seeking feedback to fix any possible after move issues by checking in with client the following day. Certainly would use this service again.
