I just have to thank and congratulate everyone involved in my moving from the staff booking and organising to the moving staff, truly there's not a single thing I can complain. They were on time, very professional knowing exactly what they are doing , with high sense of customer service, caring with the items and very nice people. We got dodgy subcontractor instead usual team. I booked three men - I got man and from the look of them two teenagers. One of them was very unfit for... We got dodgy subcontractor instead usual team. I booked three men - I got man and from the look of them two teenagers. One of them was very unfit for work so me and my housemate had to help with moving boxes to fit within time we were told it going to take… Moreover, they were keep trying strike dodgy deal with us and pay them directly instead of the company. HORRIBLE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE. They were carrying upside down even when arrow indicated otherwise…. Usual Polish team was always great, but this time I am afraid not. I would recommend calling company to get right quotation as well making sure you got their man instead of subcontractors…
