I found the whole service from start to finish brilliant. The two men that came to move my furniture, were such helpful, careful and polite people. Overall a very good experience. The team was friendly, professional, and we managed to complete the move within the scheduled time. There was a minor... Overall a very good experience. The team was friendly, professional, and we managed to complete the move within the scheduled time. There was a minor issue with the van at the start, but customer service resolved it quickly and ensured the driver arrived on time. I also appreciated that Paulina followed up the next day to check that everything had gone well.
