this is the second time we have used the service from London man van and both times they have given great service. Communication from the start to finish is fantastic, knowing what is happening and where they are along the way. The team were friendly, quick and efficient at pick up and drop off. I hired LMV Transport Ltd for a 2.5-hour job between two nearby locations. The pickup was from a third-floor flat with no lift — just stairs. Even though I had already placed some boxes on the landing, Sebastian and his team arrived exactly on time at 07:00, called me upon arrival, and quickly parked their large Luton van right outside the building. They worked tirelessly, hauling everything down the stairs with great speed and care, all while keeping the mood light with friendly conversation. They treated all my belongings as if they were their own, handling everything with professionalism and respect. Once the van was loaded, we headed to the new flat, which thankfully had a lift. In less than three trips up, everything was neatly placed inside. The entire move took under 2 hours — fast, smooth, and stress-free. These guys are amazing. Big thanks and appreciation to both of you — you’re awesome! Highly recommended.
