The driver was helpful, quite ready to come later when I called to say I wont be ready at allocated time. He came round later and didnt complain and was instrumental in moving the boxes(some were extremely heavy).The Van was bigger than I expected and it went very well. Very satisfied with the driver. Everything went incredibly smoothly, and Alex was exceptionally helpful throughout both the loading and unloading process. Thanks to our traditional Dutch staircase, we had to use a lift to move larger items out through the window. Even the lift operator commented on how skilled Alex was, it was clear he knew what he was doing. Alex was also very respectful, removing his shoes when entering our home, which we really appreciated. We would 100% recommend LMV and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again in the future.
