Received a call the night before to check details and confirm arrival time of the van and team. Again, excellent comms from the guys on the day of the move. LMV gave me a quote based on the complete furniture list that was provided. On move day they realised they had underestimated the van size and sent a larger one to help with the move. Unfortunately this also meant they added an additional £600 to the original quote. If I had known this was the the case I would've chosen another company that was cheaper. I asked LMV to honour their original quote given the mistake was on their part but they still asked for the full amount. I was also constantly harassed by one of their drivers who kept saying LMV would not pay him. The actual service by the drivers on the day was excellent and I can't fault them but the company does not understand good customer service nor how to treat their employees, won't be using them again.
