You website is very easy to use and the quick response allowed me to book a man w/van on a Thursday night to arrive on Saturday afternoon without any stress. There was a minor issue with the van at the start, but customer service resolved it quickly and ensured the driver arrived on time. I also appreciated that Paulina followed up the next day to check that everything had gone well.
