The men called 40 mins before, there were friendly , & quick. My only criticism is they didn't set up having doors open & space ready i.e. Planning to move the larger pieces. This did mean they rested arm rest of leather chesterfield on floor, with a little pre planning they could have anticipated either not having to put it down or having blanket available to rest it on.
But overall I was happy with them.
